LINE Payの300億円祭にさっそく参加してみた

　LINEとLINE Payが共同で実施する「祝！令和 全員にあげちゃう 300億円祭」が5月20日11時に始まった。送金機能を使って、LINEで友だち登録をしているユーザーに無料で1000円分のLINE Pay ボーナス（残高）を送ることができる。5月29日までの10日間という期限が設定されてはいるが、300億円分がなくなると終了するため早い者勝ち。編集部でもさっそく試してみたので、操作方法の参考にしてほしい。
●ボーナスを送る方法
　まずは、ボーナスを送ってみた。最初は、LINEの「トーク」のLINE Pay公式アカウントもしくは「ウォレット」に掲載されている、「総額300億円」などと書かれた告知をタッチして専用のページに進む。
 
　進んだ先の画面で「無料で1000円分を送る」のアイコンをタッチしたら、送り先を選び、右上の青い「送信」をタッチ。最後に送り先を確認したら、画面下部の「LINE Pay ボーナスを送る」を選んで送信完了だ。送り先は、友だちとグループのどちらからでも選ぶことができる。大人数に送る場合は、グループを作っておけばリストから一人ひとりの名前を探す手間が省ける。
 
　この際、送ろうとした相手がすでに他の人からボーナスを受け取っていたり、日本でLINEアカウントを持っていなかったりする場合は送ることができない。もし送っても、先述の条件にあてはまる友だちには送ることができない旨の告知が表示される。また、一度に送ることができるのは500件までとしている。
 
●ボーナスを受け取るには？
　次は、ボーナスを受け取る側の操作だ。ボーナスを受け取るには、銀行口座の登録、かんたん本人確認、郵送本人確認の三つからいずれかの方法で本人確認をする必要がある。なかでも、かんたん本人確認は、LINEアプリ内から必要情報を入力し、指示に従いながら身分証の撮影データをアップロードするだけ。最短数分で登録が完了する。銀行口座の登録が難しい場合などに活用できる。
　ボーナスは、送信者からの「トーク」として届いた。トークを開くと、「●●（送り主）から1000円相当のLINE Pay ボーナスが届きました」とメッセージが表示される。あらかじめ本人確認をしていた場合は、「今すぐチェック！」を選択する。まだ本人確認をしていない場合は、「本人確認について」を選択して6月30日までに所定の手続きを済ませなければ、ボーナスを受け取ることができないので注意だ。
 
　「今すぐチェック！」に進むと、LINE Pay ボーナスが送られてきたという旨のメッセージが表示される。メッセージの下にある「確認する」をタッチすれば、おなじみの残高確認画面に進む。残高履歴で1000円分のLINE Pay残高が増えていることを確認したら、すべての手順が終了だ。
 
●たくさん送ると100万円分のLINE Pay ボーナスチャレンジ！
　ここまでだと、送った側にはメリットが無いようにも思えるが、しっかりと特典は用意されている。LINEの友だち10人に1000円分の「LINE Pay ボーナス」を送った後、ハッシュタグ（#100万円分チャレンジ）をつけてTwitterでつぶやくと、抽選で10人にLINE Pay ボーナス100万円分をプレゼントするキャンペーンに参加できる。さらに、久しく連絡を取っていなかったLINEの友だちに話しかけるチャンスにもなる。
　なお、今回付与されるLINE Payボーナスは、LINE PayカードやQUICPay+での支払い時に使用できない。有効期限は2年間など、制約もある。
